Cabinets and Countertops
Vanway Cabinets Ltd. warrants to the original
consumer/purchaser that the cabinets and countertops are free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from
the date of possession, unless further specific warranties are extended as
noted herein. The overall term of the warranty is from the original
possession date and replacement parts or products are deemed original for the
purpose of this warranty. This warranty covers delaminating of surfaces for
five (5) years under normal use. If a product is found to be
defective upon inspection by an authorized Vanway Cabinets representative, the
defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge. This warranty
obligation is a limited warranty and is for the repair, replacement or credit
adjustment of the defective component and those other components integrally
associated with it. It does not cover transportation costs or on-site labour
charges, nor any damage or product failure due to transportation, abuse or
misuse. This warranty covers only those products supplied by Vanway Cabinets
Ltd. Materials and services supplied by distributors and/or installers are not
covered.
Hinges and Drawer Slides
Salice door hinges and Blum drawer slides and metal drawer
suspensions all carry a lifetime guarantee and will be replaced if failure
occurs at any time.
Thermafoil Doors
Thermafoil doors and drawer fronts are warranted against
yellowing, delaminating or any apparent or hidden defect that might affect
their quality or cause premature deterioration for a duration of five
(5) years following the date of purchase.
Other Warranties
Items that are added, such as garbage roll-out units,
cutlery trays, tray dividers, spice drawer inserts etc. have individual
warranties. Please consult your Vanway Cabinets representative for further
information, as warranties on these items vary.
